Just a
few miles south of Ouray on Highway 550, there is
a fairly large turnoff area for gazing at the large canyon and some nearby waterfalls. Adjacent are two noteworthy waterfalls. |

This is Bear Creek Falls. These two photos hopefully give you an idea of just
how large this waterfall is. It runs below Highway 550! |

Cascade Falls in Ouray - This is a very popular waterfall
that pedestrians can walk to from the center of town. |

Box Canyon Falls in Ouray,
but here is my best shot. This is definitely a worthwhile place to visit! |
